1. Are your products really 100% Natural?

  • Yes! Our products are 100% Natural. EVERY ingredient used is natural and we use organic products wherever possible

  • You can follow us on our social media platforms to keep updated! Or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on the latest news and upcoming promotions.

3. Why should I use 100% natural products?

  • Prolonged usage of synthetic and artificial ingredients will be absorbed into your bloodstream and can cause major health issues!
Shipping Enquiries

1. Do you offer Click and Collect?

2. Do you ship to other countries?

  • We currently only ship within Singapore! But we hope to do that really soon.

3. How long does it take for my item to be dispatched?

  • We typically ship our orders out within 1-3 working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email with your tracking number once it is dispatched!

4. Am I able to change my shipping address after placing an order?

  • Do drop us an email at wildandpuresg@gmail.com 1 day in advance to change your shipping address. However, the change in shipping address is subjected to order status. If the order has already been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed

1. What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay

2. My card was declined. What can i do?

  • We currently only accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Do contact your bank for further assistance.
Returns and Exchange

1. Can I exchange my product after I receive my order?

  • Should you happen to want to exchange your products, we are glad to make the exchange for you! Simply just drop us an email at wildandpuresg@gmail.com with your order number and product you wish to exchange within 7 days and we will process accordingly.
  • Do ensure that the product has not been used for the exchange.

2. My item is damaged / defected. What do I do?

  • Do not worry! We sincerely apologise for the items received but we wish to rectify this issue. Simply drop us an email with your order number and we will proceed accordingly with the exchange.

1. How does your reward system work?

  • Unlock perks when you make an order and/or refer your friends! You can redeem your stars anytime!
  • * Our stars have a 1 year validity (shop shop shop away!)

3. How do I redeem?

  • 500 Wild Stars = S$5 discount
  • 950 Wild Stars = S$10 discount
  • 1400 Wild Stars = S$15 discount
