Returns & Exchanges: 

1.How do I return my order? 

• Do drop us an email at wildandpuresg@gmail.com to inform us about the return and you may return your order via post or courier to our office! 

1. Do fill up the return form and put it together in the parcel 
2. Send your parcel using a traceable mode of delivery to our office at: Tampines Road St 47 Blk 163 S469163
3. Store credit will be credited into your account within 14 days from when we received your parcel 

• Please ensure that the products in your return order have not been opened or used 

2.Can I return my order? 

• We want you to be happy with the products but however you may return it. Do ensure that the products that you wish to return are brand new and sealed. Drop us an email to let us know why you wish to return the products within 7 days of receipt of your purchase for us to process. 

 

3.Where can I get the return form?

4.Can I exchange my product after I receive my order? 

• Should you happen to want to exchange your products, we are glad to make the exchange for you! Simply just drop us an email @ wildandpuresg@gmail.com with your order number and product you wish to exchange within 7 days and we will process accordingly. 
• Do ensure that the product has not been used for the exchange 

5.My item is damaged/defected. What do I do? 

• Do not worry! We sincerely apologise for the items received but we wish to rectify this issue. Simply drop us an email with your order number and we will proceed accordingly with the exchange.
